About this talk

In the new economic environment of job scarcity rather than affluence, Local Boards have greater roles in assisting small businesses to sustain and rebuild jobs. In this workshop, Michael Bernick, longtime CWA Research Director and counsel with the law firm of Duane Morris LLP, sets out these roles, including assistance in accessing new loan and grant funds, assistance to sole proprietors in access Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, assistance in meeting safety protocols for reopening and assistance in accessing infrastructure projects that may be in upcoming Stimulus efforts.
